CIGS solar cells with power conversion efficiency (PCE) in the range of 1.82%–12.30% were obtained by using two-step process, and were further analyzed through various measurement techniques. Material parameters showed diverse values and some trends depending on the device performance. The lower performance device showed small integrated PL intensity, short minority life time, larger defect density and lower activation energy, whereas the higher performance device showed opposite values. We investigated relationship between material parameters and PCE of solar cells, and found that some physical parameters such as integrated PL intensity, minority life time, defect density, and difference between band gap and activation energy (Eg-Ea), which all reflect defect states in bulk and at pn interface, are strongly related with PCE and would be used as a good indicator to evaluate device performance quickly.  相似文献

常用的氧化物负载金属催化剂通常在水相中制备,且在使用前常常需要经过煅烧. 因此,氧化物载体表面的水合和脱水过程对于负载型金属催化剂的真实建模至关重要. 通过第一性原理分子动力学模拟,本文考察了温和温度下无水单斜氧化锆(111)表面在显式溶剂水中的演化. 在模拟过程中,所有的双重配位桥位氧位点很快被溶剂水质子化,形成酸性羟基(HOL),并在锆原子上留下碱性羟基(HO*). 这些碱性羟基(HO*)可以与表面未解离的吸附水分子(H2O*$)进行活跃的质子交换,进而在表面自由扩散. 在273 K到373 K的温度范围下,第一性原理分子动力学水相模拟可以得到一种较为确定的、有代表性的平衡水合单斜氧化锆(111)表面,其表面锆原子上覆盖度(θ)为0.75. 随后,为了模拟低于800 K的温和煅烧温度下的表面脱水过程,本文使用密度泛函理论计算了表面水分子的逐步脱附自由能. 通过获得表面的脱水相图,总结了不同煅烧温度下有代表性的、部分水合的单斜氧化锆(111)表面(0.25≤θ<0.75). 这些水合单斜氧化锆(111)表面具有重要的理论意义,可以方便快捷地被应用于氧化锆催化剂及氧化锆负载金属催化剂的真实建模与模拟.  相似文献

This paper presents a framework for incorporating arbitrary implicit multistep schemes into the lattice Boltzmann method. While the temporal discretization of the lattice Boltzmann equation is usually derived using a second-order trapezoidal rule, it appears natural to augment the time discretization by using multistep methods. The effect of incorporating multistep methods into the lattice Boltzmann method is studied in terms of accuracy and stability. Numerical tests for the third-order accurate Adams-Moulton method and the second-order backward differentiation formula show that the temporal order of the method can be increased when the stability properties of multistep methods are considered in accordance with the second Dahlquist barrier.  相似文献

We present a higher-order cut cell immersed boundary method (IBM) for the simulation of high Mach number flows. As a novelty on a cut cell grid, we evaluate an adaptive local time stepping (LTS) scheme in combination with an artificial viscosity–based shock-capturing approach. The cut cell grid is optimized by a nonintrusive cell agglomeration strategy in order to avoid problems with small or ill-shaped cut cells. Our approach is based on a discontinuous Galerkin discretization of the compressible Euler equations, where the immersed boundary is implicitly defined by the zero isocontour of a level set function. In flow configurations with high Mach numbers, a numerical shock-capturing mechanism is crucial in order to prevent unphysical oscillations of the polynomial approximation in the vicinity of shocks. We achieve this by means of a viscous smoothing where the artificial viscosity follows from a modal decay sensor that has been adapted to the IBM. The problem of the severe time step restriction caused by the additional second-order diffusive term and small nonagglomerated cut cells is addressed by using an adaptive LTS algorithm. The robustness, stability, and accuracy of our approach are verified for several common test cases. Moreover, the results show that our approach lowers the computational costs drastically, especially for unsteady IBM problems with complex geometries.  相似文献

Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. is responsible for serious allergies induced on humans. Different approaches for its control were proposed during the COST Action FA1203 “Sustainable management of Ambrosia artemisiifolia in Europe” (SMARTER). Fungal secondary metabolites often show potential herbicidal activity. Three phytotoxins were purified from the fungal culture filtrates of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, isolated from infected leaves of A. artemisiifolia. They were identified by spectroscopic and chemical methods as colletochlorin A, orcinol and tyrosol (1, 2 and 3). The absolute configuration 6’R to colletochlorin A was assigned for the first time applying the advanced Mosher’s method. When assayed by leaf-puncture on A. artemisiifolia only 1 caused the appearance of large necrosis. The same symptoms were also induced by 1 on ambrosia plantlets associated with plant wilting. On Lemna minor, colletochlorin A caused a clear fronds browning, with a total reduction in chlorophyll content.  相似文献

We consider the chemotaxis‐Navier–Stokes system 1.1-1.4 (Keller–Segel system) in the whole space, which describes the motion of oxygen‐driven bacteria, eukaryotes, in a fluid. We proved the global existence and time decay estimate of solutions to the Cauchy problem 1.1-1.2 in with the small initial data. Moreover, when the fluid motion is described by the Stokes equations, we established the global weak solutions to 1.3-1.4 in with the potential function ? is small and the initial density n0(x) has finite mass.  相似文献

In this paper, we give new sufficient conditions for both oscillation and nonoscillation of the delay dynamic equation where and satisfy τ(t) ≤ σ(t) for all large t and . As an important corollary, we obtain the time scale invariant integral condition for nonoscillation: for all large t. The paper concerns a particular example of the Gibbs sampler and its mixing efficiency. Coordinates of a point are rerandomized in the unit square [0,1]2 to approach a stationary distribution with density proportional to exp(?A2(u?v)2) for (u,v)[0,1]2 with some large parameter A.Diaconis conjectured the mixing time of this process to be O(A2) which we confirm in this paper.
